Really lovely place, great yakitori, interesting sides and really fantastic service. The desserts were amazing!!! This is perhaps a weird comment but the place is really dimly lit and I felt the lighting was too dark. The only dish I felt like could use improvement was the sweet potato starter - i wasn’t a fan of cold sweet potato and egg. It felt like the dish should be hot.

Decent curry scotch eggs and salmon don (using Loch duart salmon!) but I was slightly disappointed with the Yakitori don. The name Jodori means local chicken and I was hoping they would put more effort on chicken dishes🤔 I will try their evening menu and see if it’s any better😋🍺

Simple but yummy Japanese food that's so hard to find in London, well priced and lovely friendly service. Will try their karaoke dinner combo next time!
