Fred's Brockley

Great place, with a tamed, yet comforting interior. I went there for brunch and had a delicious granola bowl whilst getting some work done. They play music, but it's at just the right volume that you can enjoy it if you like, but it won't disrupt any conversations. Their menu was a delight, simple and efficient. I didn't need a PhD to find what I wanted and the staff were friendly and welcoming. My server made short, but polite conversation when bringing my food and left just as quickly which didn't interrupt my work. Smiles all around! I would have tipped if they didn't take card only. I'll definitely be returning in the future. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Came in for a quick coffee on a walk and stayed for a while! We ordered some flat whites and a latte to enjoy on the back patio deck, and they were absolutely amazing! While sitting, we saw other patrons being served their brunch and had to ask the server for a menu, as the food all looked outstanding as well. The server was extremely informative and friendly, answering questions about the food as well as the history of Fred’s. The sandwiches tasted as good as they looked. I would highly recommend coming to Fred’s for the coffee, the food, the service, or all three at any time!!
