On Saturday, myself and my partner ordered food to a Premier Inn local to this Papa Johns. Firstly I called in and spoke to a Lady called Lina who allowed me to amend to of my side orders.
Unfortunately the number I had on my account was incorrect and she tried to find ways of contacting me. Lina went ahead and got a driver to deliver the food to our hotel, unfortunately he was turned away. Luckily I remembered to contact Lina and change my number on the account. The driver also drove back even after being turned away by the hotel staff. I was so grateful for the level of customer service and care provided to me. Well done Lina and Papa Johns (Acton).
