I wish the review below were wrong and that all my fellow reviewers were being nasty if only a little bit.
Today I went to buy the last minute croissant and it took so long to have it handed over after I payed. Just because while I was touching my phone on the device the assistant went to help someone else… and then went inside and then the other assistant didn’t know which was my order and then I had to tell her what I had bought again. Ouch.
I feel sorry for the staff.
They are overpriced but convenient right at the entrance for the station at Harrow-on-the-Hill.
Contrary to the other reviews for the Harrow Station branch of Wenzel’s I would like to highly recommend this store to anyone passing through or local to Harrow. The staff in this store are very friendly and are always smiling even when faced with the rudest of customers - and I have been there to witness this many times. I visit daily during my working week for a morning coffee and sometimes a bite to eat and the food is always fresh and coffee great. Magda, the store manager is a complete joy and works very hard to keep the shop running smoothly. It’s a shame the other reviews on here are not that great as it deserves more positive recognition. I have worked in Harrow for 3 years, I always get my breakfast from Wenzels, everyone that works there are always so friendly and sweet, asking after myself and my family.
I always have the best customer service, thank you guys for bringing a smile to my face every morning.
