Worst experience ever after waiting for 1,5 hour for my delivery to come via Just eat, my rice arrived cold and with raw Prawns, and the lemon chicken I ordered came in a sweet red coloured sauce ... Something I can definitely deny to be lemon ... As reviews are saying: AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID .... RAW PRAWNS CAN BE A MAJOR CAUSE OF FOOD POISONING;!!!

AVOID !!! Buyer Beware, Ordered using deliveroo at 1030pm , food didn't arrive . So gave up went bed at 1am. eventually got my money back days later after a battle with deliveroo. they just kept calling the restaurant and he kept saying it was 3 minutes away. This went on for 3 hours.. Read all the reviews same issue, common theme, orders are taken but no delivery . something very suspicious here in my opinion.

Order was placed via Deliveroo at 6pm. 2 hours later still no food and no one at this restaurant picks up the phone. This restaurant uses their own drivers/riders, so Deliveroo is in the dark regarding delivery status. Frustrating that Deliveroo’s policy is to not refund the order immediately when clearly it’s beyond a reasonable time to wait for food (ended up cooking since it took so long). Take your business to JustEat or Uber Eats, and definitely do not order from this particular restaurant. Wish I saw the horrible reviews before I ordered.

DONT order from here. Ordered through UberEats at 12:00am and was told delivery was accepted and would be delivered by 12:30, this then changed to between 2:00-2:20am so I called the restaurant and asked if there was any chance of cancellation as this is too late the owner said no and proceeded to get rude and hang up. I called back 20 minutes later asking them not to deliver the food as it would be pointless because of the time to which I was told “good luck getting a refund you won’t get one”. Extremely rude and unprofessional deserves zero stars and to be shut down judging from the other reviews.

Disgusting food and terrible service. We used Four Seasons Garden (trading under Jasmine Garden) on Deliveroo and received this as Chinese Ribs. Aside from smelling horrific the item had no sauce and little meat. I called and spoke to them and was given the worst example of customer service I have had. I will not use this takeaway again and based off my experience would suggest anyone reading this takes their business elsewhere.

I ordered food from here I specified no mushrooms as I am allergic to them,when the food came it was full off mushrooms...I was told I would get a refund and nothing was done...I spent £23.95 I asked them to come and collect the untouched food and give me a refund however they said they would and didn’t...very disappointed with this place...I would never order from here again...<br/><br/><br/>

Usually order from Jasmine Garden, decent food and not too expensive. However, the last order I made was terrible service, it took over an hour to arrive and when the food arrived it was freezing cold, when the manager was called while the delivery guy was standing at the door he said it wasn't his problem and there was nothing he could do about it. Had to turn the delivery guy away with the food. Terrible customer service.

I have had takeaway from Jasmine Garden on many occasions. It is well priced with decent sized portions and pretty flavourful and good value for money HOWEVER leave a large amount of time for your order to arrive (and certainly do not order if you are starving) as it takes at least 1.5 hrs to arrive. They often get orders wrong and on many occasions, I have had to send my food back due to them including items I am allergic to. I also found splinters of wood in TWO Different orders in TWO different dishes. I wouldn't order again despite the food being okay and not to expensive. Avoid this place if you can!

After reading bad reviews on Hungry House and JustEat, we nearly cancelled our order. The saving grace was the promised free bottle of wine on orders over £30, so we went for it. We waited an acceptable 45 minutes, the guy was very pleasant, and we got all the food and the free red wine. THE TASTE: Salted squid and prawn was delicious, batter was slightly soggy but yummy - the squid was soft, not at all chewy or rubbery. Crab claws were good with a crispy batter. The shui mei dim sum was soft and tasty. Crsipy noodles with roast duck and pork were 'meh', not crispy and did need soy sauce. The Malaysian nasi goreng rice was way too hot and spicy but at least had flavour. The szechuan chicken with garlic chilli was also just average, as the chicken seemed a bit rubbery and overcooked, but there was lots of vegetables in the dish too, if you like that sort of thing. The Italian red wine was 'fierce' and definitely made up for the mildly disappointing flavours of the food. Overall, for a hungover, lazy Sunday afternoon, it saved the day with plenty left over for a midnight snack.
