I highly recommend this place, food is yummy and the staff is super nice and friendly! We had a little misunderstanding (nobody’s fault, I ordered through a 3rd party and it got messed up) and they did everything to make me happy :) thank you for the positive experience, I can’t wait to dine in again soon!
I've never liked sushi. Tried it a few times from supermarkets, restaurants in West London and a few others. My experience at this place has changed that. Defne the waitress made sure we had an excellent meal, advising us what to have (even the eel), ensuring we both had time to consider our choices, then brought food to our table without delay. She even thought ahead to bring us the necessary utensils to help us share the food we ordered - sharing a burger is messy without a sharp knife cutting it down the middle etc. Such waitressing skills may sound unsurprising, but sadly they are rarely seen to Defne's standard of attitude, ambiance and professionalism. As well as the superior service, the food was really excellent too and has changed what I look for in a sushi restaurant. Well, I probably won't go anywhere else for sushi, I suppose.
