I recently visited Bertotti in Hammersmith, and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience! The gelato they serve is of exceptional quality, and the flavours are simply divine. From classic favourites to unique creations, Bertotti has a wide range of options to satisfy every palate.
What sets this place apart, though, is the incredible team working there. The staff members are not only skilled in their craft but also incredibly friendly and welcoming. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a memorable visit, offering recommendations and making you feel right at home.
Highly recommended!
So we started with one of the best skinny flat whites out there because you can taste the great coffee they use! We also had a chicken, mozzarella, and pesto panini, nicely toasted and full of flavor!
We then moved on to the desserts. Now, this was a tricky decision because they have a good selection of gelato flavors, cones, toppings, etc. They also have waffles, cakes, brownies, etc.
So I had to try a little bit of everything! We ordered the chocolate brownie with hazelnut gelato, the oreo waffle, which came with three gelato flavors (chocolate, Bischoff, and vanilla). We also had a cone as a takeaway – the highlight of this visit!
A beautifully presented mango and bubble gum flavored gelato, which I loved! The chocolate brownie tasted nice and it was well paired with the hazelnut icecream. My husband loved it!
The waffle was an absolute delight! It was soft and chewy, warm with the gelato on top; it was absolute perfection! They got pretty busy, and they have an excellent area for seating indoors and outdoors! Great for a friend's catch up, families with kids, etc.
You can find Bertotti in Hammersmith and also Goldhawk Road (the second branch is The Creamery, where they made this yummy homemade gelato. With all the sunny days in London coming out way, this is a great spot to visit!
Amazing!!!!! We were running a experience pop up shop for the RNIB in the area for 7 days. And to be honest took over the place several days with visitors. They have a great back seating area inside with tables, USB charging points, internet and toilet.
Everyone was super friendly, even bringing my chai tea latte out to me as busy with the shop. And taking part in the experience in what we were doing.
You can tell its a family business as everyone is so caring and lovely and the service is great. The panini's are cooked to order, the chai tea latte was lovely, and the ice creams immense!!! (Lots of vegan flavours, so caters to everyone)
Lots of seating inside and out, and the two half scooters for the young at heart.
This is certainly one of those hidden gems, you feel like your not in busy London as has a lovely laid back vibe down Hammersmith Grove. Only a 5 minute walk off the high street - Wish I knew about it sooner!!!
