They make super yummy pizzas (I always go for a spicy no cheese authentic thin option), their deliveries are usually super quick. But most importantly they treat customers with the utmost respect and attention. Their customer service and willingness to deliver the best service never fails to impress me. This rarely happens in London! I want to say an extra special thank you to the store manager Zubeir! He is the best - super attentive, if I have a problem with the order I can call him and he patiently listens to me and puts things right. Thank you so much - Papa John’s New Kent Rd is lucky to have you as a manager!!! Definitely recommended.

Ordered a couple large pizzas from here. Arrived pretty quickly and hot. Cauliflower wings were delicious 👍

Just grabbed 2 pizzas and some drinks from this location. Came in under 30 minutes on a Saturday night. Tasted great and was still hot. My advice to ensure good service: leave a tip for your driver! They earn it and that extra motivation might make a difference in your food delivery experience :)

Very grateful for the exceptional service by Sujith. The pizzas here are good in taste and are generally fresh, price is OK, compared to other places.
