Absolutely fantastic service. Ordered platters of sandwiches at short notice, requested to have as early as possible and received a phone call at 8.10am to say they were ready.
All food was lovely. Very helpful manager and great service - well done and thank you again.
staff are allays very polite, my order normally involves them having to slice up bread. I've found queues are pretty minimal and you get served pretty promptly
Regarding a review further down, from "Louise Smith", they staff when I've seen them have handled my bread with gloves or protective wrapping. Never have seen them ignore customers and talk in another language (I have been visiting the store, at least 3 times a week for over a year)
They make the best ploughmans sandwich while we wait. Service is always good, staff are polite and friendly especially Maria :-)
