Good food, good interior, great service downstairs, and really good atmosphere. We had a booking for 8.30pm downstairs and were sat right next to the DJ stage. The restaurant has a upscale touch but I liked the clientele that wasn't full of 18yo Essex girls trying to get a drink & a guy there (like in some other Mayfair restaurants) but was rather busy with a slightly bit 'older' clientele. The downstairs restaurant turns into a 'club' after 11pm with a DJ and upstairs remains a relaxed dinner and bar environment. The only downside was that they had the aircon turned on too low, which made our food go cold instantly. Otherwise, highly recommended.

Fancy and high quality for food, service and atmosphere. My partner tasted one cocktail and didn’t like the staff gently offer another one. For us this defines and put this restaurant upper level, because they prioritize the clientele. Amazing drinks and you feel special eating there! Highly recommend this for the excellent quality!

It was absolutely amazing the service was out of this world the staff are all so friendly helpful and lovely world class service I loved it. I went for my birthday and had guests they totally looked after each and everyone they took our coats walked us to the car with umbrella when it was raining. I was running a little late 20min due to traffic in city and the restaurant was very understanding unlike other places I went to Novikov worst service ever in history the door guy laughed at me and said you’re late very loud. At Isabel they never turned me back and in fact they extending our stay on our table wanted to make us feel comfortable and not rushed I called to say this they was okay very happy with service. The theme and lighting in the restaurant is amazing romantic.. The staff were all smartly dressed and the door guy was amazing very friendly smiled helpful. They gave me a lovely cake the food and cocktails was amazing. They have a club downstairs opens 11pm so after you eat you can party it’s absolutely the best place I been to in central London for dining and entertainment They even have oysters 😍
