Like the food, always nice interesting choices, which change every day. Plentiful portions and swift service. In the summer you can eat your dinner in a lovely courtyard garden in the back.
Quite a nice little greasy spoon café, good for a quick all day breakfast. Food was reasonably priced and tasty, coffee and tea served in proper big mugs. The decor is a bit outdated and the seating is a bit uncomfortable, more like church pews, if you have a big belly and bum, you might not fit in the seat at the table. Lady who served us seemed quite bored and uninterested, I suppose we went at a time that wasn't busy, but would have thought 10.30am would be a busy time. Parking is a bit tricky, but at pay and display bays just around the corner, outside is all red route. All in all, not bad but wouldn't take the family there, good for workers and trade's people who want a bite to eat
If you want to have a breakfast , you can have it in there , it s a great place to have breakfast , but just one bad point , the seats are very small , and un comfy , , in rest of day everything is ok ,.
A big breakfast with out coffee is £6.00
