Good location, great service but average or rather non authentic Indian food - that possibly sums the experience here.
I guess our spice levels in our blood stream was running low and before we fainted, we were desperate to top up at a curry house. It was one of the most authentic sounding Indian name so we decided to give it a try.
The ambience is nice, modern and very spick-and-span. The service was fast and courteous.
For starters, we ordered sheek kebab and hazarvi kebab. Sheek kebab was almost perfect but hararvi kebab was surprisingly sweet - good but can be given a miss. For mains we ordered chicken jalfrezi and king prawn peri peri. Chicken jalfrezi was good but prawn which was described as south indian popular dish was sweet and whatever little knowledge I have of south Indian food, dishes down south are definitely not sweet. Mushroom rice was average as well.
My guess is that the standard curry dishes would be up to the standard but ordering any idiosyncratic dishes is taking your chances - be prepared to be disappointed!
A nice meal and friendly staff give. It a try
Great interior - great food - great lift
