You know what you're getting with any branch of EAT. Fast, fresh food and decent service but this is my branch of choice (and not just because it's closest to work) but because they do the Gyoza miso pots which is my staple lunch. Packed full of flavour but without all the calories and for less than a fiver, this always keeps me going. The duck one is the best but chicken comes a close second. Great and friendly service tops it all off well.

This is only the second time I've ever been into an Eat. I think the quality of the food is a lot better than many of these type of chains. The quality of the food in the one I went to was really quite good and it seems to taste a bit more natural than some of the others. The mango smoothie was especially good on always a very hot day. Quite good value as well, especially for Central London

I like EAT, nice clean venue, good seating, breakfast was fine (BBQ beans, ham hock and poached egg). It is a chain but a good one. Decaf coffee was tasty. Good wake up spot.
