Lovely pastry selection. Good spot for anyone wanting to work or read. I tried the raspberry tart and it is to die for. Prices are on the higher side but definitely worth trying.

It is a cozy and peaceful place with friendly staff. Highly recommended to have a cup of coffee with a wide variety of pastry.

I was served by a Young Chap with Blonde/Grey Hair yesterday. Poor guy looked like he had a heck of a busy day! Nonetheless, his service was top notch & when I ordered a Cinnamon Social Slice, the batch was practically done & he put in the last few pieces! Thank you kind sir & May your days be bright!

Alright hear me now, I decided to make an appearance at Ole & Steen: a serious pastry step-up in comparison Sainsbury's and Lidl’s bakeries. With this upgrade in quality there is also, of course, a significant increase in price. I got one of their best sellers, well-known and well-loved by those who frequent this place: a cinnamon social. It was incredibly sweet, from the indulgent cinnamon paste to the delectable icing accompanied by the soft pastry is said to be the height of “hygge”—which essentially means “home”—and it did not disappoint. To those of you who have an appreciation for the sweeter things in life, then I would recommend taking a trip down to one of their many bakeries. I visited the Victoria branch, Ole and Steen is a very well situated and established Danish bakery which carries a certain prestige that radiates the through and around the building and could even be used for a casual business meeting if wanted. Though it is a costly £3.95 per pastry, I strongly suggest you take that leap of faith and get an extra one, too, because you will regret it if you don’t. 7.8/10 For more reviews go check out my insta : sjtalks_
