Have attended several events at Cannon & Cannon and always enjoy it. They're a good addition to Borough Market and make fantastic meat, full of flavour and taste amazing!
The Meat & Beer evenings are lots of fun and varied; I've done three of them and there's always something different on the menu. Good price too, £25 for a fun evening with friends, sampling different beers and meats. Haven't done their other evening events so can't comment on them.
Would recommend them and having also ordered online from them, can vouch that they respond to emails quickly and keep you informed about your delivery.
Tried it at the Kings Cross Market and absolutely loved it!
The venison chorizo, seaweed and cider, the wild boar (which i hope you guys will do again) was amazing and miss it so much - need to go to Borough Market soon so i can stock up!
Beer sticks are a great snack as well so would definitely recommend them too!
Just experienxed a wonderful cured meats butchery class here led by Hugo Jeffreys of Black Hand Food. Really terrific experience, learning how to break down half a pig, cure meats and hand-cured our own bacon, which I can't wait to try. Left with about 10 kilos of rare breed pork in every cut imaginable, all cut by our own fair hands. Looks like hog roast dinners for the next 2 weeks. And I'm good with that!
