Good solid burrito with guacamole that didn't taste like watery shame sauce. The tortilla chips were actually fresh and lightly salted which, along with the fast service, was a nice surprise.

Service amazing. Good size portion with the rice plate (but I find that this depends on the person serving!) - tasty, full of flavour and just right. It's a shame seeing people being unreasonable with their reviews, giving 3 stars with no explanation and other silly comments that doesn't contribute to knowing what to expect at a Burrito place Enjoy.

This branch is inside the Westfield Mall in Shepherd’s Bush. It is located in the Food Court in the First Floor.
It is my birthday today so I was able to get a free Burrito. They sent me a voucher thru e-mail after I registered in their loyalty program.
I chose the large burrito with tomato rice, black beans, carnitas, onion, guac, sour cream, and medium spicy salsa. The carnitas were incredible.
This was very tasty. I loved it. It was so big and saucy that is why it is kind of messy to eat but who am I to complain about this free birthday lunch.
But honestly, the best part of was the kindness of the guy at the till. He was very nice and helpful. So, whoever you are who served me at the till today 14 July 2023 at lunch time, you made my day extra special. Many thanks!

Tortilla makes some of the best burritos in London, combined with a great price! Make sure to download your app as you get some free perks and birthday gifts. Staff in Westfield were actually pretty nice, but as in many Tortilla places, I have visited people are pretty sad and tired, even a little rude. I'm not sure what the conditions and salaries are but perhaps staff satisfaction should be improved in order to provide a better service.

What a yummy delicious, quick order. Stumbled in after a long day at work, the gentleman serving was fabulous. I asked him to prepare me anything , he bought best. He whipped up, rice, beans, chicken meat, sauce, chilly, onions. To take away.
Substantial and delicious.
The flavour was great, rice well cooked.

I love this place! They do the best food in Westfield by far. They’re also really quick at making food and the staff there are great, especially Tiago who I see there all the time and really looks after me whenever I come by to visit. Highly recommended!
