Just about to finish living here and go back home and my experience has been pretty great overall. I lived on the 9th floor across from a building site which could be noisy but never really bothered me but it was quiet overall. Occasional plumbing issues but were rectified very quickly and staff were polite and friendly (at least in my experience). The fire alarm would sometimes go off at around midnight and give me a heart attack but I suspect this was the fault of other tenants and not the staff (and what's life without a bit of surprise anyway 😊).

You're in central London.... if you thought it was going to be cheap go back to your farm. It's extremely affordable and a really modern building. Only downside I have so far are the lack of flatmates, i feel like I'm living on my own 😂

Worked there as a contractor, seemed a good place to stay, pleasant staff & clean, very secure for students....
