Great bakery with very nice coffee. The service was excellent. The gentlemen that served me was funny and helpful. He recommended the cinnamon social(£3.95) so I ordered two. It was so tasty and not too sweet. I got a latte (£3.45) and it was pretty good. Other people in the group got a flat white (£3.25) and two iced mocha’s (£3.95) and all had good reviews. I tried the ice mocha and was pleasantly surprised at the perfect balance of coffee and cocoa. It wasn’t too sweet, just right. The best compliment was from the baby in the group. She ate a whole raisin bun and she is about to turn one. It was given to her in little pieces off course and she loved it.

Perfect coffee and a nice place to sit down and doing some work, reading or chatting with friends. However the thing that made me write this review today is the unique and incredible team they have specially Ahmed and Asmahan. All love and respect you really made my day.

Ole&Steen in Westfield White City is the best! The staff are so friendly, especially Emine and David who always go out of their way to remember my order. The customer service is outstanding and I always feel so welcome. The coffee is always made to perfection and will always be my first choice, not to mention the best pastries I’ve ever had! 5 stars every day ⭐️
