A really nice salad bar with fresh salads (lots of them) at only £5.00 a bowl. I had a salad bowl (there are at least 12 types of salads to mix) with extra salmon, free homemade bread and a fresh juice (apple ginger and carrot). It was amazing, fresh and combinations really good. Highly recommended! P.S. They sell really yummy pizza made in front of you!

Plethora of fresh salads to choose from, vegan options available. They offer chicken and falafel wraps, healthy smoothies, delicious pizzas and sandwiches. Very friendly staff and value for money.

I and my team find Kitchen8 last week and from that day we are going there every single lunch break. The girls are fantastic and the food delicious. You can build your wrap, salad or pizza as you like! Highly recommended.

Not sure where to start here; they make truly tasty wraps, the salad-bar is full of flavours and fresh veg, the pizzas are delicious and I know that everything is made in-house the same day. On the top of that, they are very consistent and clean without being a chain or a franchise. I have been visiting the the place since our office moved to GIR back in 2018 and they kept me fed without getting obese. Would definitely recommend it for those working/living around and can't be bothered bringing lunch from home.
