Let's for a minute forget that this is just another KFC selling the standard fried chicken found in any other KFC branch. So I have been here a few times for a quick bite to eat and found the staff suprisingly friendly and helpful. The last time I went there I sat down with just a snack box, it was quite busy. The cleaning lady came over and noticed that I did not have any hand wipes or sauce so she bought them over for me, she then went over to a couple waiting for a table and told them she would clean the next available table for them, and she did, and then escorted them to the newly cleaned table, very friendly and an asset to the branch. If only ever KFC had staff like that...... So I rate 4 stars for that reason, certainly not for the food.

I was craving kentucky friend chicken and this shop was just around the corner. Service was extremely quick, plenty of seating, and the food tasted quite fresh. Definitely satisfied my urgent craving.

great fish tacos and the chicken buffet was also top notch. had me ordering chicken burrito with a side of nachos and the delicacy of crickets satay made it a night to remember.

These crunch meals are incredibly delicious. I know that they are not so healthy, but I really like them. I go there every sunday for lunch.

Being in central London, it's likely that this place is always going to be busy. It is, but it's not too bad. There's a lot of seating suitable for crowds as well as more upstairs. There are a lot of till points, though the queueing system is very unclear. However, my meal came quickly and was fairly good.
