Massively impressed with the hotel, it’s friendly staff, smart appearance and even more so, it’s location. It’ll be getting 5 stars from me easily. To be continued .. Oh what a shame. 5 - 3 by unruly kids at 9 pm and wasn’t able to order food. a 5 to a 4: and despite checking in online I had to queue to get key as the machine was broken. And having trailed up to 7th floor the key didn’t work and I had to go down and queue again. It redeemed itself by being the world’s quietest room and the most comfortable bed. The check in has to lose a point. I have now upgraded again to a 5. Ok so I had problems but it’s by far the best located Premier Inn and offers outstanding value with mega friendly staff. Advice - book dinner and breakfast or you won’t get it.

Feels like home! Very friendly staff and nice receptionarea. Affordable food. We had dinner here two nights and it was nice. Good breakfast as well. The kids eat for free with two adults. Thank you for a nice stay! Anna from Sweden Ps. We have stayed at three Premier Inn´s in London and I think you have a very good concept!

Lovely room facilities and the staff were very polite and helpful. Relaxed area to sit with a drink and food or if you wanted something more formal the restaurant was available too.
