This small cafe is on white Cross Street with Banner Street. White Cross Street is a foodie street with food stalls out most days.
I popped in for a quick bacon roll towards the end of the day. It was quiet, but I imagine it gets rammed at lunchtime. The food was OK, and the prices seemed in line with the area.
Great breakfast and friendly, quick service. A total contrast to the place we tried to eat at a few minutes prior
Simple tasty food, reasonably priced friendly staff
Quick service, coffee is delicious. quantity is good!
This is a friendly, cheap eatery in the middle of Clerkenwell that outdoes its competitors.
Along with friend Tim I arrived late for lunch (about 3pm), but the staff made us welcome despite being about to close.
There's nothing exotic on the menu, but they have a nice range of toasted sandwiches, salads and typical fry-ups.
Tim chose the latter with a coffee, but had just mushrooms on toast with tea. We both thought our meals were delicious, and the bill with drinks was only twelve pounds.
Great value, with a friendly family atmosphere.
