I found this place by accident when I was cutting through the road to get somewhere else. I was peckish and thought I’d pick up a snack and found this very dimly lit, barely noticeable bakery. I went in and had a spicy veg pasty. I was told they’re known for their sausage rolls to which I told them I’m Muslim and don’t eat pork. She then mentioned they were. Vegetarian bakery so I thought I’d try it out. I’m so glad I did because this was the best pasties I’ve ever had. I don’t know what pork sausages tastes like but without a doubt this place has completely killed Greggs bakery. I’m so glad I found it, I’ve taken friends and family and they agree it’s the best they’ve ever had.

I had to write this because I believe they deserve recognition for the work they do. The lady behind the counter was so friendly and told me they’ve been open since 1982. It’s a must try and I’ll keep going back.

Popular for their cinnamon buns. Gutted that I missed out but heard you can pre order and pick up so will try that next time. Order the cheese croissant to enjoy my Saturday commute for only £1.90! Tbh I wished I ordered another one because it was so pleasant and not too cheesy.

My first visit today, and certainly not my last! Friendly staff, super quick service, and delicious pastries. Highly recommended the chocolate and banana croissant, as well as the sausage rolls! Did I mention the bread?🤯
