Unexpectedly beautiful setting for a Pizza Express restaurant. Lovely building with an amazing atmosphere out in the front garden area on a sunny summers day.
Staff were very kind and attentive, and the food and drink came exceptionally fast.
We had the Bruschetta to start which was very fresh and tasty. We then shared the new pizza with Prosciutto Ham, Asparagus and Egg, and it was very nice. Thin and crispy just how I like it.
Paying via the app was super simple and it makes the whole process a bit nicer, as you don't have to keep trying to get the waiters attention, you can just pay and be on your way. Highly recommend.
A lovely all time favourite Restaurant. Dog friendly. The garden and catered for my nut allergy well. I had my friend with her child and they were lovely with him providing him with kids menu and art stuff to keep him busy. We had a lovely lunch together.
I am not going to lie: I love the building, for its history and for being the location of a mostly-forgotten movie that I love.
Food is OK, reasonably priced, staff was very courteous. I am hoping to go back for a live jazz night next time
