Family friendly and good atmosphere for the whole family. Excellent service from the team. A good varied selection in the menu. Food and drinks were great. Well spaced, visited on a Sunday lunchtime without restrictions. However, please book in advance as I believe luck was on our side with getting a table for a family of 6 with no wait time. Would recommend !
We went early because it was Sunday, which worked because it wasn't too busy. I had the grilled salmon which came with mashed potatoes and ratatouille. I liked it. Not too big, unlike the Bird, Surf and Turf, which my brother struggled to finish. Which is normal for the bigger Harvester dishes. Our waitress, Hayley, was lovely. I expect we'll go again.
We are regular visitors to the Harvester at Beulah Hill. After our previous visit my elderly mother (94yrs old) had a fall in the car park injuring her head. The staff on duty included Kathy and Adam (manager) who were both very quick to help as were a group of young lads who were also amazing. An ambulance had to be called and mum spent the night in Kings College hospital. Kathy also kept in touch over the next few days to check on mum's progress. Thankfully mum is fully recovered and we returned again yesterday to enjoy another family lunch. Kathy as ever had the warmest welcome for mum and us. Kathy is always amazing and one of the hardest workers you'll ever meet. We enjoyed a nice lunch and then asked for the bill as usual. To our surprise, and delight, Kathy told us that Adam (manager) did not want us to pay anything on this occasion and was just so pleased that mum was ok again. Thank you Adam for your kind generosity. And a huge thank you to Kathy for always being so wonderful to our mum.
