The food was great; a bit pricey , but it's Leicester Square. The service is poor. The toilet's dryer was not functioning and no paper towel was provided. When the food is ready you are called to collect it from the reception desk. Hope the establishment improves on customer service if they intend to attract more customers. One good thing is the food is fresh and tasty.

They have delicious burgers, nothing too fancy or crazy but just clean meat with fresh toppings. Their chips are fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside. The prices are reasonable especially for central London with great seating as well. Students get a 20% discount which makes it even better. Highly recommend.

A huge fan of cheese overload and this place is cheese pact! The muddy fries were perfect and the chicken burger was absolutely divine. Will be visiting the other branches as it’s a chain burger spot but definitely enjoyed it! Also not to forget their wings are large and the bbq base is sublime.
