Get night here in a busy place of London. Staff and room was excellent and well worth the 5 stars. Thanks you to all the staff for a wonderful night here, even though I was on my own, lol.

Just back from a few days staying in London...could not fault the hotel, location, staff and food was what we paid for. We just had one maintenance issue with water top but this was sorted. The reason we were here was for my twin sons birthdays, just turned teenagers....the staff had two boxes of sweets, two balloons and a card with a lovely message inside...we will be back

Food excellent. Staff fantastic. Hubby was using a wheelchair as his mobility is not great. The staff couldn't be more helpful even when we confused them over the meal deals.
