We only stopped for a coffee and managed to get a table outside. A girl had just cleaned up so all good there. The views are good if it’s not raining and huge inside. The coffee was nice and strong and the chocolate milkshake was great. The staff could be a bit friendlier, not much smiling going on. Maybe it was a long day! 😁

I’m a Caffè Nero fan but first time at this branch. Really like the setting and certainly on a cold winter late afternoon it’s a great venue. Really liked the upper deck seating with big windows and views over the street below. Cozy at the same time. Plenty of good seating downstairs as well. Coffee and hot chocolate as nice and tasty as normal. Staff friendly and efficient.

The place is big and nice, there are many seats. But they were not cleaning the trays and cups so often.
