So good I came here 2 nights running. Last night I had Lasagne and treated myself to a cocktail called the Porn Star! Both quite delicious. Tonight I had the meatball starter followed by the Marguerita Pizza washed down with a couple of glasses of house white. All absolutely delicious. Service is brilliant and the high tables in the window are ideal for a spot of people watching. #Buono

Was really impressed with service received on our visit yesterday. We had very little time to eat as our show was due to start within an hour but the service we received was excellent ... four meals served within 10 minutes with side dishes and wine.
The service over the top and the food was amazing. No doubt, the best lasagna I ever had.

First opened in 2000 in New Oxford Street, London, there are now over 200 Prezzo restaurants in the UK and all of them should match to the one located in prezzo. Delicious pasta and divine cheese. The wine selection is delightful and worth trying for any occasion. They also have a good selection of meat and seafood dishes.
Prezzo is a chain of Italian restaurants all over London. There are many branches in London but I have only been to the Mayfair one . The decor is very simple and minimal with great use of glass. Their furniture is all wooden and adds to the simplicity.
The staff at Prezzo is welcoming and you usually get a table without any waiting.
They have something called the classic , light pizza and V.I.P . The classic is the normal base. The light pizza is for the ones who are diet conscious and still love pizza. This pizza is low calorie and you don't' feel guilty.The V.I.P is for the ones who feel super hungry. It is bigger and more crispy.
The food at Prezzo is between good and decent. The vesuvio( peproni & chilli) pizza and their prosciutto E fungi(ham) pizza are my favourites here.
From the starters I would recommend you try the bruchetta and goats cheese.
I ordered the Penne Arrabbiata which was decent.My friend ordered the spaghetti with prawns which he really liked.
A nice pleasant experience. Restaurant was rather quiet for a usually busy period. Food is pricey but you'd expect that in central London. It was delivered promptly and tasted lovely, but my calzone did taste rather bland. Apart from that the starters and other main were fantastico :) the ice cream dessert was rather disappointing, it tasted like something you'd buy from farmfoods but 4x's the price.
Love Prezzo love their food and loved the great hospitality. The staff is very friendly and Serap is amazing she took care of us and made us feel like home. Will be back soon ❤️

Quick lunch with a family, with kod menu as on the photos, pizza and bruschetta excellent, same as fried mozarella, spaghetti could do with a bit more spices to add taste, but kids likes it. Very nice location nearby Piccadilly, but in a quiet street, in a shadow.
I liked the service in the restaurant, at first the staff were really nice and friendly, the food was really delicious, the portion size was just enough for person. The only thing that I didn't like is the way they prepared the shrimp, I felt it should have been processed in a better way.
They only accept cards ( no cash on here )
