Myself and my family and kids were on a night out in London and were looking for somewhere that was family friendly and walked past TGI and thought is this new here as never seen it here before and decide to go in, from the minute we walked in we were greeted with a smile and shown to our table. We were greeted by a lovely waitress and her colleague who was new and the main waitress was training her up, the service we were given was outstanding and customer service was excellent, the waitress was friendly and spoke to us all and helped us decide what food we would like and what was to offer to each of us, the other trainee waitress was doing great and the whole experience was delightful. I asked what whiskey they had as they were not on the menu in the drink section , the waitress said we had two brands and asked if would like to try one , I said yes and she brought over a small taster , in the end I stuck to a bottle of Budweiser.. I have have eaten in top 5 star restaurants in London like the Ned and the ivy , and I have to say the the customer service here on the night we attend was outstanding, it shows that TGI fridays are training there staff to high standards . We left happy with our dinner and will definitely be returning for a meal. Also the bar area was very near and had that American feel, next time if I go with my wife and no kids we will sit up the bar . Great food .
We arrived here Saturday afternoon around 1pm and ordered the JD burger which was very tasty with the JD source smothering the burger. Eastern at TGI's before and never had any issues. If I had to be critical I would suggest the waiting staff to be more on at as in attentive as our waitress was never to be seen and we had to ask other staff for help when we needed something.
Amazing place!!! For a while I was back in America! Lovely atmosphere, delicious food and very good service! A must visit place!!! Definitely become my favorite spot in London! See you again, fellas!
