Overall the food is good. I went in. Friday evening and a DJ started playing. This meant that there was a casual vibe but probably not the best place to go if you are having in depth conversations with friends. The food is good but didn't blow me away. I ordered the jerk chicken with jollof and fried plantains. It was tasty and flavourful. Casual chilled out eat.
As Nigerian its hard to find any African / Caribbean food in central London ... So believe me I was jumping with joy when a friend told me about this place , as I am always out in the area . The Jollof Rice with jerk chicken was just perfect , my friend got the Braised beef cheek and he enjoyed it as well so did I lol the wings were nice not to spicy.... will definitely come back to try other dishes

Bowls Soho is a nice restaurant with a cute atmosphere. The staff were all helpful and friendly. We tried a few bowls, the non vegetarian bowls probably have a better value. The Jamaican goat curry was very good and a good amount for the price. The miso aubergine bowl tasted really delicious (really delicious!) but with just half an aubergine and a few toppings, it isn’t the most filling, especially priced at a similar amount to the more sizable goat curry. The BBQ jackfruit was more spicy than the sweet taste I usually associate with BBQ. Overall, a good experience and I would go again.
