I had an absolutely fantastic experience at The Woodstock Pub in Didsbury! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere that set the tone for the entire evening. First and foremost, I must commend the outstanding service provided by Kamila and Sam. They were not only attentive and accommodating but also went above and beyond to make sure our dining experience was exceptional. Their knowledge of the menu, recommendations, and friendly demeanor truly added to our enjoyment. Now, let's talk about the food! The dishes at The Woodstock Pub are nothing short of delicious. Each bite was a burst of flavor, and it's clear that the kitchen takes pride in their craft. From appetizers to dessert, every course was a delightful surprise. The quality and presentation of the food were outstanding, and I can't wait to return to try more dishes. Lastly, a special shoutout to the boss, Jimmy. His leadership shines through in the overall atmosphere and impeccable service at The Woodstock Pub. It's evident that he's created a welcoming and customer-focused establishment that stands out in the Didsbury dining scene. In summary, The Woodstock Pub is a hidden gem with top-notch service, delectable food, and a welcoming ambiance. A new addition to the Oxford street scene. A lovely simple pub with a ground floor galley style bar, compact but functional. An extra seating area downstairs, ideal for meetings, groups etc. Small but we'll considered choice of kegs. No cask ales just yet, maybe if demand is there-the pumps are in place! A fine establishment with a nod to Sir Winston and Bladon. Also two great photo/maps of the local river. A most fine place.
