Absolutely delicious and so happy to find them at the Camden market. Halal chicken (tender and deliciously unhealthy) served with sauce and fries.

It’s hard to not take notice of this fried chicken stall with its catchy name, Mother Clucker. Not only is their name catchy, they also serve their food from a converted US Army ambulance – definitely a funky a catchy style that stands out from other food trucks around town. I visited their stall at the Old Truman Brewery in Bricklane. They have also now joined Kerb and opens in Camden Market as well as roaming around with the Kerb team. Anyway, it was quite a sunny day so it was perfect to grab some fried chicken and sit outside at the Old Truman Brewery open area.

Urban Mash

Frankly, this is an essential stop on the Spitalfield street food scene. They have dropped the sandwich variety due to space, so you'll have to go to their other location for that, but the chicken strips and fries are delicious. Pick your time carefully though - as queue's of hungry foodies do tend to form. I always try and be there for 12 on the dot - as you're normally ordering immediately.

It's simply delicious - and on a sunny day there's nothing better than chilling out in the sun and having a bit of buttery chicken.
