Took my mum here for afternoon tea on Mother's day, and had a smashing time. The owner and the staff were so lovely, flexible abd helpful especially given how busy they were. But the bread and scones definitely stole the show. Word of warning, if you're going for a full afternoon tea (called the "vintage afternoon tea" here), skip breakfast for gods sake! There was a gentleman staff member who seemed to anticipate our every need and offered to pack up what we couldn't finish which was appreciatively scoffed after we got home. Thanks, Time for Tea, my mum and I had a great day :)
Great tea room! Friendly staff that always put a smile on my face. The food is outstanding and the cake, tea and coffee makes you want more and more. The fact that you can take your dog in is great and my dog has to be dragged past because he remembers all the fuss he gets from time for tea. A must go to place if you haven't been before. Love, love and more love ❤️
I love this place. With a dizzying number of cafes on the high street Time for Tea offers something really special. A truly warm welcome for everyone even our 4 legged ones! Bright, cheerful and room to move! The clientele are not all young mums with buggies! Joy. Love what Debbie and Tracey and the guys do for us every day! And of course the tea and cakes are top notch!
