I love everything about Frankie & Benny's staff are so helpful and friendly Food is fabulous I have been here each time I was in London and have never been disappointed. �
Nice place staff are nice Food is generally good but do not order the garlic dough balls they are as hard as rocks

Located right next to the Odeon in Surrey Quays it's one of the most popular places to go eat after/before a movie, or at least this has been my experience.
Ive tried their pasta, steak and wraps - all as good as each other though my favourite would have to be the wrap, healthy never tasted so good!
It can get quite busy, especially during evenings and weekends which may result in waiting times, sometimes extending up to 30 minutes or more. But if you're lucky to get a table quickly, the service is always good, with their staff being quite fun and friendly you're made to feel welcome - on your birthday they dim the lights and sing happy birthday whilst bringing out your cake (that you've brought with you) now isn't that sweet!
The place consists of mostly booth seats (so comfy!) and the walls are lined up with pictures of what i would say are from the 50s/60s, as is the music.
Its a great place to go for a nice meal with friends, partners, kids etc. theres a lot of choice for everyone and more times then not you'll leave happily stuffed :)
