A cosy little pub tucked away in Westminster, it’s a great after work spot as the bar staff are happy for you to take your drinks outside for a chat. It’s not the most glam of places, surrounded by scaffolding of neighbouring works and opposite a shelter where you are frequently accosted by friendly folk hoping for a bob or two.
Meal options are simple, sandwiches or jacket potatoes, served with a sprinkling of crisps on the side but despite it’s slightly worn feel, you can’t help but have a really nice evening drink here.
A truly great pub to stop by for a pint when you’re in the Westminster neighborhood. Staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. Unique layout downstairs with a nice meeting room upstairs. A really fun spot with an open, airy vibe on warm days and when Landlord is on cask, what could be better??
Visited this place on a Saturday evening and surprisingly was very laidback and not crowded with few of the tables filled in. The host was perfect suggesting beer for first timers.
The place has a old rustic feeling with the food and the Color. The glass on a rainy night gives just the right feeling
