Came here for the first time and I was very impressed with my order. Tried pounded yam with okra soup and I tell you what I was slumped afterwards. It was really filling and by the end I was licking the bowl clean. Very serious flavours in that one. The assorted meat was a bit tough and hard to chew. The service was a bit slow. Tried to order through the website but it just wasn't selecting the dish I wanted. Overall, a good experience to try some Nigerian food. I think I'll definitely choose pounded yam over fufu any day.
The food is very good, but the waiting time is forever. Also atmosphere is a bit too noisy.
Despite the fact that restaurant was busy we managed to get a table as walk in customers.
It was my first time trying Nigerian cuisine. I am impressed with flavours, big portions and quality of food. I was a bit worried that I will not be able to manage spiciness of dishes, however I did (and I am not a big fan of spicy foods 🙂).
Rating 4 stars because place was not clean enough, there were food pieces on the floor under some tables and we had to wait for food for a long time. But it was worth the wait end of the day.
Recommending this place to those who are after new experiences, flavours and open to new cuisines.
