I ate at Pret for a month, at least twice a day and they never failed to amaze me with the quality of the food and friendly service.

A standard chain cafe in a good location. There is plenty of seating and a good selection of food and drink to choose from.

For a Pret... it's fantastic. They are so fast... they speed through the line... all the products are always exacting. The staff make this place amazing... I changed my mind about the coffee I wanted... but they had made my americano so fast that it was already done... but still because I had tried to change it within 10 seconds he insisted it was free. I told him not to worry but he was such a lovely guy.... real customer focus.
