What a great dinner meal we spent at this great Chinese place!
We ordered so many things, from spring rolls, shrimps, eggplant, etc... For the main it was the sweet and sour chicken, noodles, lemon chicken and breaded chicken! Overall very good experience! Fast service and friendly staff!!

Many peoples conception of Chinese food is always based on their local around the corner either they will braging about it and saying to their friends when ordering from their Chinese takeaway yours was okay but it wasn't as good as mine.....or they will be ready to try or give up on their local due to greasy and unhealthy results of their many attempts to get a nice takeaway.

However Ken Lo's is not your local takeaway, in fact even in the full name it's 'Ken Lo's memories of China'.

In the heart of Belgravia close to Victoria station it had to be tried.

The welcoming was slow and tiresome but when the waiters came they were pleasant and patient with the taking of our orders as you won't see many of your local and the dishes you usually order at your local.

The tiresome service was most likely due to their fancy and fussy upmarket clientel who desire everything to be perfect!

But the interior was everything you expect from a up market Chinese restaurant with classic design as well as modern extras of sliding doors for private rooms.



The food came at a nice rate we ordered many starters and mains but the stars of the show were squid in black bean sauce which was not overpowering and just the right amount of sauce,iron-plate sizzled mixed seafood....Scallops were cooked to perfection.

The Cantonese sweet and sour pork deserves a mention too, the overall service and experience was a delightful one I will certainly return.

If you want freshly made Chinese food....look no further
