Now with multiple branches in central London, Inamo is an Asian fusion restaurant serving up a variety of Asian cuisines, with classic Korean, Chinese, Thai dishes and a large sushi, sashimi menu. Overall, the service of the food was fast and efficient, especially as you could use the iPad to select your dishes and the flavours reminded me of authentic Asian food! The coolest thing about the restaurant is their interactive tables, with a miniature plastic button like device, you can click the holographic projection on the table to play games with one another whilst waiting, or change the interactive “table cloth” designs. We did unfortunately have to wait around 20 minutes after our reserved time for our table to be ready, but to be fair, it was a Saturday night.
Located in the heat of Covent Garden, with two additional sites in Soho and Camden, Inamo has made a name for itself as one of the leading Asian Fusion tapas restaurants in London. So, when it came to checking out the best place to visit for Asian inspired dishes, a trip to Inamo was on the cards!. As we entered the Covent Garden venue on Tuesday night, we were promptly shown to our seats by the friendly greeter on the door. Sitting in centre of the tranquil, bamboo filled restaurant, we were brought a couple glasses of prosecco as the ordering process was explained to us.....
Went here with the Bookatable offer of all you can eat for £28. I was excited to try out the interactive tables but was disappointed to find out the clickers didn't really work, they had even given us 4! The food itself was nothing special but I did like that we could order off the tablets as it made the service very quick. We tried a large selection of the menu but nothing really stood out. However the salt and pepper squid was over salted and not edible.
I would not have gone here if there was not an offer as I think the food is over priced.
