A lot of variety of Vietnamese food. As with many other Vietnamese restaurant, this is a no fuss place, but with good food. We had the prawn spring roll, plus a variety of noodles.
Spring roll was fresh but perhaps would be better if they can pack more prawns and vegetable into it.
For the noodles, they have a variety of broth - spicy beef broth, non-spicy beef broth, chicken broth and also just vegetable broth. The selection is good especially for those who don't take beef. I ordered the spicy noodles. Broth had good taste, but not really spicy.
One other comment is that they are quite stingy with the plate of fresh vegetable that you normally get when you order the noodle soup. We were four of us, and they gave us only one plate of this vegetable.
Interesting experience of vietnamese food. Service is very efficient and the courses came fast. Food was delicious with variety of seafood and vegetables. The prices were reasonable
This little gem doesn't give much allure from the outside and has really simple interiors, like a Vietnamese café, but serves some of the best food I've had in a long time, beating even my all time favourite in Osaka where I was introduced to this cuisine by a foodie friend. The dishes are presented in a minimalist way and the bright colours and scents do the trick of making you rush on your food, good excuse for the almost complete lack of photos. I've been lucky and my friends agreed to share everything, so we went through summer rolls, crispy spring rolls, bbq satay chicken baguette, chicken and prawn omelet, seafood pho, stir fryed lamb with peanuts dressing, chicken satay with rice noodles, spicy seafood noodles. Ginger and tofu in coconut milk and the Vietnamese coffee ended this glorious meal magnificently. As you can guess we had to take a long walk after, to help burn all of this but it was so worth it!! My absolute favourite have been the cryspy rolls, the baguette and the lamb, even if I'm still salivating for the scallops in the seafood noodles. The prices are a great deal, but be warned that on the weekends they have the dinner menu at lunch as well and is more expensive; the staff is efficency and welcoming and the relaxed vibe, cafe style, is perfect for a quick bite and some indulgence.
