The service was really good and the staff was so nice and accommodating! The food was next level. Literally can not fault it what so ever. We did the brunch and the value for money, especially in London, was really good! Definitely would go back and recommend to other people!

Good with a smile amended our orders and was always on time. Provide halal food on request. Just make sure you order wings and chicken on the bone in advanced as they don't do that readily Halal. The breast is always halal however.
Atmosphere
Lovely and lively but this evening the music was about too loud with the live band. It's cool place to chill but forget about talking if your near the band!

Due to lockdowns/ pandemic (you know the rest), I hadn't visited this fred chicken restaurant for a few years. Booked as a birthday treat, we booked in advance to make sure that we could get a table for the time we needed.
All the standard covid prevention strategies were in place (masks/ dividers/hand sanitizer/ social distancing) which made us feel a lot more comfortable.
The service was good and they took the drinks order in a timely manner and at no point during the evening did we feel rushed.
We ordered the Korean BBQ burger, Nashville Hot wings, 9 chicken tenders and a buffalo chicken burger with assorted fries and sides.
The meal was tasty and even though my burger was fried it didn't taste greasy.
Cocktails were OK but the Chicken Rum didn't taste as flavourful as I remember (not sure if that's my palate or a change in the drink - still drank it though ;-) )
We finished of the evening with some Churros with chocolate sauce which hit the right spot.
All in all a good experience but that may have been due to us being happy to get out of the house for an evening.
