This independent cafe is such a hidden gem I almost reluctant to share it!
With a beautiful garden and conservatory (with a heater) this cafe is great for sunny and rainy days, and has an incredible view of the sunset (see photo).
The owner is a lovely, warm and jolly man who takes pride in sourcing healthy food.
He is also incredibly generous with home made cookies and healthy snacks.
Meals are cooked fresh every day with love and care. Always taking care to modify for allergies and food preferences, this is a great spot for vegans and vegetarians (avocado and falafel baguette or lentil soup are my favourite vegan options).
This is my favourite cafe in London, haven't been eating anywhere else since I came across it. If you are looking for a nice day out is also nearby the New River Walk, a lovely spot to feed the ducks.
What a wholesome little cafe. Fresh produce as deco, lovely table at the back overlooking quaint gardens. Warm, cosy, oh and the food was delish. I had lentil soup. Was so filling and tasty followed by lasagne with a beautiful colourful salad (bits of pomegranate in it mmmm). Go there. You won't be disappointed.
I am so glad I decided to take my chances because I definitely found a hidden gem. It's literally a secret garden and it's gorgeous. There are wild bunches of bamboos, grapes, olive trees, ivy, and birds happily chirping about. There are so many things to be chirping about this place. The owner, such a jolly man, was getting ready for the day popping freshly baked pies and tarts out of the oven. So many choices!
