We enjoyed the lamb and pork belly dishes - both meals were cooked perfectly. Helpful and attentive staff, who knew the menu well and helped us with our food and drink choices. Nice setting with candles on the tables.

The Sunday roast here is a must. Huge portions (verging on too big) of chicken, pork, lamb or beef, served with massive yorkies and heaps of veg. Service is attentive and the food is delicious. They also offer gluten free gravy 👍.

So as an introduction to the London Sunday roast I feel as though the Andover has set a phenomenal standard to try and beat. We came here on local recommendations and not only is it a charming and friendly old style pub but the food was incredible - Both in size and quality. The lamb roast was enormous and the pork and beef were just a tad more manageable but equally tasty. The service was spot on and eating in front of the open fire just sealed the whole pub experience. Can't recommend highly enough and will definitely return.
