A nice, chilled place with a varied menu and friendly staff. The bacon was particularly delicious. We enjoyed brunch here and would recommend it.
We came in for breakfast/brunch. The Menu can be a bit confusing especially the hot drinks section as all are listed on a single line.
But besides that, the choice of food is fantastic and quality of it is superb. Really enjoyed our Christmas Hash and Welsh Rarebit.
The venue is very cosy and you are well looked after by the friendly staff.
This is probably THE place in Llanelli for a quality coffee enthusiast, but they will find it just a tad not enough.
The shots in the milky drinks we ordered tasted rather bitter, so much so that I thought it was a dark roast, but the beans in the hopper didn't look dark, so something had gone wrong with the extraction. The barista seemed confused about the difference between a caffè latte and a latte macchiato, so while this place is definitely an upgrade from your Costa, it's not quite 'speciality coffee' level of expertise. Milk was steamed to a decent standard. Lastly, while the staff was professional enough in manner, they could be a tiny bit friendlier; I believe it makes a world of difference at a café.
All in all, pretty good but not great. I'd go there again though to try other coffees (spotted different bags of speciality beans in a display cabinet).
