Love the logo it’s super cute . I had a Classic Milk Tea with Lychee Popping Balls . The tea was strong enough for me that’s how I like it . Was recommended lychee popping balls to go with my milk tea and surprisingly it went well together by one of the staff working there .They do loyalty cards and Diy Kits that you can take home and have a go making it yourself or you can buy it as a gift for someone .
Friendly staff and knowledgeable. Will be back again ☺️

Great place, so many choices of drink and boba!!
The young lad who works there is always nice and friendly. When I went recently he was very busy but, he tried to make sure everyone was served even when it looked like it was nearly closing time. There were some rude customers at the counter too who seemed like they went out of their way to be awkward but, he handled it well despite their bad manners and attitude towards him. I will definitely be back again asap.
Love the Pokemon theme that's on at the minute too!!
Have been here about 3-4 times now, and it is consistently excellent every single time. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable about the product they are selling, and work so hard there given how busy they have been since they opened! The quality of the boba is excellent - and the flavours are great - sometimes the fruit flavours in bubble tea stores can taste too “artificial”, but theirs taste really fruity and there’s a wide selection to choose from. I would highly recommend this place to you all as it’s about time we had bubble tea in Llandudno - long May it last!!!
As someone who loves bubble tea, it was a wonderful surprise to find a bubble tea shop finally in my local area! The staff are really nice and friendly, and the bubble tea is delicious! I also got to try the popping bubbles for the first time, and it won't be the last 😃🧋💛

Fantastic selection of bubble tea flavours, Bubble Ninja also offer a home bubble tea kit which me and my partner have really enjoyed :) Could not praise the customer service higher when we’ve been ordering from them! Well worth a an order (or a visit if you’re in Llandudno) :)
Ordered myself an at home box from them a few weeks ago and it came a bit damaged but they were really nice and sent a replacement one right away and were very helpful! Loved the experience and the box very much! Definitely will be ordering more from them!!

Absolutely stoked we have a bubble tea place here in Llandudno. It was as yummy as I remembered and made to order right there and then (as expected). Really nice server. Always worth it.
