I had a great customer experience from Claire, who delivered a large quantity of pizza and drinks for a family celebration at Crofthaed Community Centre.
Claire not only managed to deliver the pizza in a timely fashion, despite a last-minute order, but was very conscientious, polite, and professional.
Claire took her time to hand-carry the heavy delivery & locate the area of the community centre where I was waiting for the pizza delivery and went above and beyond to phone me, just to ensure that the pizza was delivered to the right person.
I was very impressed with the prompt delivery and customer service.
The fries weren't as crispy as I would like, can tell its done by oven or been sat a bit but the delivery driver Sarah was so nice and refreshing, even with our street being a maze. I'm sure we were the last delivery that night, she made sure we had everything and left with a smile. Also the tandoori wrap is real good I'd recommend.
Excellent Customer Service! Thanks to Murray! He went above and beyond late in the night not only to get the Pizza delivered but using his own personal credit card as our card was somehow not working.
