Food was lovely hot and tasty. Waited a bit for it missed some things off order had to wait for that but that didn’t matter. Waited a while for our drinks because there order had just come in. The lady behind count were was so rude Has no people skills

I recently visited Wok&Go and was blown away by the exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, and their attention to detail made my experience truly memorable.
My server, Leon or Leo, was incredibly attentive throughout my meal. They were knowledgeable about the menu and made some great recommendations that ended up being some of the best dishes I've had in a long time. They also checked in on me frequently without being intrusive, ensuring that my dining experience was going smoothly.
But it wasn't just my server who impressed me – every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. They all seemed genuinely happy to be there and eager to make sure every customer had a positive experience.
Overall, I highly recommend Wok&Go for their outstanding customer service. The staff truly goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and valued as a customer. I can't wait to return and try more of their delicious food, knowing that the service will be just as exceptional as before.
