We visited Harvey Nichols Liverpool yesterday and went to the Hourglass counter… wow what a wonderful experience! We were looked after by a really lovely lady called Jade Ellis, this lady went above and beyond to look after us all she was absolutely wonderful and so very kind. We all bought lots of lovely things and had so much fun. I wish I could persuade her to work in my shop! Thank you so much Jade! We will be back to see you very soon. Caroline xx

A special thank you to Fiona the Manager. I felt she went above and beyond today trying to sort my issue out. Excellent customer service and lovely lady to boot!! Called when she said she would, said I could leave the item there until she sorted things out as it was heavy, found the receipt using a member number. Absolutely lovely service for my Mum and I from Chris at the Chanel counter. So helpful and thoughtful. Thank you!! I would highly recommend buying from this store.
