The best place for Italian food, coffee & cakes, everything is freshly hand made and beyond delicious, the pizza melted away and the cannoli's are a slice of heaven. Also the staff are fantastic and so welcoming. I would highly recommend it to everyone.
Would highly reccomend this place. We as a family went for lunch on Saturday. And the meal deal was amazing and the cakes we took home were also amazing. Staff very friendly. They also made an effort with my son as they seen he had a Juventis football top on. Will definately be going back for some yummy food
Ths is a hidden gem in a corner of St John’s market overlooking Clayton Square. We were given a very warm welcome by Mauro and Rosa and ate the most delicious canolli, which were freshly made with specially imported Italian ricotta. The variety and quality of the food is fantastic and everything is freshly made on the premises to authentic Sicilian recipes. I don’t know anywhere else like this in Liverpool and I’ll be going with friends next time. Hope you open another branch soon.
The best place in Liverpool to have some real Italian food. I had the best arancini ever and the pizza was really good.
Excellent food and fantastic service! The arancini were fresh, tasty and full of flavour and the cannoli were delicious! I would definitely recommend to all Italian food lovers.
Little hidden Italian gem in town!
We went here on a recommendation and we are so glad we did !
They make everything in house, their cannolis are definitely worth trying! Really crispy on the outside perfect with luxurious creamy ricotta filling !
Even the chocolate bombolone had a nice amount of chocolate filling !
Latte was also really good!
There is some seating available for you to sit and enjoy your treats!
It's always a pleasure to go eat there. The food is fresh and very tasty. I particularly enjoy the pistachio desserts. Everything is homemade, you can see it immediately. The chef has his own recipe, and it's often heavy dishes, but it's what we are looking for.
There are plenty of Sicilian artworks, so you will feel either at home or in a cozy atmosphere.
Wow. Outstanding food and service. What a find this hidden gem is. Had the most delicious Arancina and calzone Fritto. Never tasted anything like it and I have visited Sicily just once, cannot believe I didn’t discover these savoury foods while there!
I’m not familiar with Italian desserts and it was difficult to choose but I ended up picking a cannoli and tart - they weren’t too sweet for me! The flavours were well balanced and there were a lot of choices - too bad I couldn’t try all before I left!
They were a little expensive, though - they cost £10 in total, including large sized tea, but the costs justified the quality.
I always visit here when in Liverpool. First visited when they were in St Johns and it's lovely to see this place grow and open up their own place. Great coffee and savoury and sweet treats. Would recommend to everyone!
